With more than 300,000 entrepreneurs already trained, the Kauffman FastTrac program is being offered again in the Rio Grande Valley. From Feb. 15 – March 29 the immersive course will take place in Harlingen.
Since 1993, the Kauffman FastTrac has been providing tips, exercises and tools to help participants launch their businesses. The free Harlingen program includes seven sessions which meet every Thursday in Room 134 of the UTRGV University Center from 6-9 p.m.
FastTrac includes networking with entrepreneurship professionals and instruction by certified facilitators, as well as access to human, financial and business resources. Topics include identifying market needs and business fundamentals, along with risk and success factors, and building business plans.
Registration is open online for Harlingen residents only. Registration ends Feb. 9 and there is a limit in participants.
