Groups Focus on Voices of Local Business

Small Business RoundtablesLocal business owners are invited to share with a national non-profit their needs, challenges and views of doing business in the Rio Grande Valley. The Small Business Majority’s Small Business Roundtables take place May 7 and include an interactive discussion on those topics. The sessions focus on what business owners feel they need in order to grow and thrive in your community. Also up for discussion are what policy solutions would help local businesses reach its full potential.

Small Business Majority is partnering with the Harlingen Area Chamber of Commerce and the Weslaco Chamber of Commerce to host the event. Interested attendees may choose from a session time of 9 -11 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Both take place at the Harlingen Area Chamber of Commerce.

Participation is currently at a limit of 15 attendees per session. However, If there is a high demand, organizers will upgrade the available number of tickets to accommodate. The sessions are free and include food.
